Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia is one of the most emotionally demanding experiences a family can face.

At Passion for Seniors of NY, our caregivers are trained in dementia care and memory care best practices, providing the kind of patient, consistent, compassionate support that makes a meaningful difference for the client and the family.

We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to memory care. Before services begin, our Registered Nurse conducts a comprehensive assessment and works with the client's physician and family to develop a personalized Plan of Care. That plan reflects the individual's history, preferences, stage of illness, and daily patterns, and is updated as needs change.

Support for Family Caregivers Too
If you are the primary caregiver for a loved one with dementia, you need rest. Our respite care services allow family caregivers to step away with confidence, knowing that consistent, trained support is in place. Even a few hours can make a meaningful difference in your own health and capacity to care.

We're Here to Help

You don't have to figure this out alone. Call us for a compassionate, no-pressure conversation about your family's situation.

How Care Works

  • Caregivers trained specifically in dementia care and memory support techniques.

  • RN assessment before care begins, with a Plan of Care built around the individual's history and stage of illness.

  • Care plan updated as the condition progresses — not a one-time setup.

  • Respite care available so family caregivers can rest. Nursing Supervisors on-call 24/7.

Services May Include

  • Gentle redirection and cognitive engagement activities

  • Assistance with daily routines including personal care and hygiene

We know how hard this is. Our goal is to create a calm, structured environment that preserves your loved one's dignity and quality of life, while giving your family the peace of mind that comes from knowing someone who truly cares is there.
