About Passion for Seniors of NY

Passion For Seniors of NY Inc. is a New York State Department of Health-licensed Home Care Services Agency based in Kew Gardens, New York. We provide services in all five boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau County. Passion For Seniors of NY is dedicated to compassionate in-home care for seniors. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for elderly individuals by offering personalized services that allow them to age comfortably and safely in their own homes.

We Are Here To Help!

Our Registered Nurse will evaluate your condition to determine and/or recommend an appropriate Plan of Care for you, at home or in a recognized facility.

How Does it Work?

Our RN Field Nurse visits your home on the first day of service, with your caregiver present. The nurse conducts a comprehensive clinical, home, and psychosocial assessment during this visit. Based on this evaluation, and with input from you, your physician, and family members (if needed), the nurse creates a personalized Plan of Care. This plan guides your caregiver’s daily activities.

Our Coordinators and RN team use this information to help match you with the right caregiver and manage any schedule changes. Field Staff Supervisors and Nursing Supervisors (RNs) oversee the caregivers and are available on-call 24/7 for urgent needs.

About Reema Nirola, Director

Reema Nirola, born and raised in Patiala, India, embodies compassion and empathy—values instilled by her parents. Before finding her calling in senior care, Reema worked as a systems analyst in a hospital's Performance Improvement and Credentialing Department. Her journey into senior care began over 14 years ago when she became inspired by the mission of Seniors Helping Seniors (SHS). Since then, she has served over 500 families and collaborated with nearly 400 providers, earning a reputation for her dedication and strong work ethic. Residing in Plainview, Long Island, Reema is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
