Better Home Care for Your Loved Ones

Compassionate, Personalized Senior Care Services

Our caregivers are carefully selected for their skills, experience, training, and genuine empathy for clients. Each caregiver is thoroughly screened to ensure they meet all required credentials, including personal references, appropriate training and testing, applicable licensing, insurance, and in-service education. In addition, every caregiver completes a comprehensive orientation, a physical exam, and ongoing evaluations.

A Nursing Supervisor will visit client care sites as needed and inform the client's physician when appropriate.

You won’t need to worry about record-keeping, interviews, reference checks, payroll, or taxes. We handle everything for you.

Services are available on an hourly, daily, or live-in basis, with a minimum of four hours for hourly care.

At Passion for Seniors of NY, Inc., our experience has taught us that the most important part of what we do is making life easier for you. Our staff is attentive, compassionate, and committed to your comfort and well-being.

Aging and Its Paradigm: Fall Risk Awareness

As we age, physical changes can increase the risk of falls, a leading cause of injury and hospitalization for older adults. At Passion for Seniors, we understand that fall prevention is more than safety—it’s about preserving independence and confidence.

Our approach includes:

  • In-home safety assessments and fall risk evaluations

  • Assistance with walking, transfers, and mobility

  • Help with bathing, dressing, and household tasks

  • Medication reminders that support balance and awareness

  • Ongoing communication with families and healthcare providers

We recognize that aging comes with a shift in priorities, pace, and physical needs. Our caregivers are trained to offer support that respects these changes while focusing on stability, comfort, and maintaining quality of life at home.

Medication Management

Staying on top of medications can be challenging, especially when there are multiple prescriptions or changing dosages. Our caregivers provide reliable support to ensure medications are taken safely, on time, and as directed.

Services may include:

  • Medication reminders based on prescribed schedules

  • Monitoring for missed doses or side effects

  • Help organizing pillboxes or medication logs

  • Coordination with physicians and pharmacies

  • Communication with family members about changes or concerns

While caregivers do not administer medications directly, they play a key role in helping clients follow their treatment plans, avoid complications, and stay on track with their health goals.
